I am an Empirical Research Fellow in the Management and Organizations Department at the Kellogg School of Management. I work with Maryam Kouchaki and Klaus Weber.
I research ideology within organizations and how it diffuses to macro-organizational behavior. I also work on projects about economic elites, ideology, and mobility with the US team of the World Elites Database.
Methodologically, I am interested in applying large language models to problems in text analysis and prosopography. I also use archival and administrative data sources to study large-scale questions about elite networks and intergenerational mobility.
Prior to Kellogg, I have worked in economic consulting, as a research intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, and as a research assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where I received my BA in Economics (2023) and MS in Data Analytics and Computational Social Science (2024).
